Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular project status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring appropriate contingency plans are in place.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project budgets to ensure successful completion within allocated resources.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
Conduct project post-mortems and implement lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP certification is required.
A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a diverse project environment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects, including infrastructure, cloud, and application projects.
Extensive experience in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with project management tools and software.
