Assist the Manager Commercial Marketing in developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance as well as market share penetration.
Collaborate with the E-commerce team, internal creative & marketing teams, and the business units in the conception and development of creative marketing deliverables aligned with the PUMA guidelines.
Ideate, concept & design content for puma.com, marketplaces, and marketing within E-commerce to ensure they give a consumer experience that is in line with the brand.
General handling (Briefing, guiding, making sure deliverables are on time and within the budget) of internal and external creative agency.
Steer & oversee multiple creative projects and campaigns in collaboration with the E-commerce team (from ideation to creative briefings to production).
Support with photoshoot requirements where necessary to create content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other initiatives.
Ensure consistent quality by reviewing and approving final creative assets and campaigns before distribution produced by PUMA internal agency and third party.
Manage timelines and deliverables according to briefs.
Work on achieving process and budget efficiencies for Strategic/Key Accounts in the Region.
Supports the development of key planning/strategy/budget decks.
Remain up to date and integrate new trends in the commercial marketing industry.
Education: University Degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
Diploma in creative design or basic knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator.
1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the Sports or Fashion industries.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams at all levels.
Experience with creative design tools.
