The Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Training analysis and everything to do with Talent Management

Talent planning

Strategising for the entire workforce and working very closely with the Talent manager to do so

Participating in operations and uplifting the skills of the whole team

Training analysis

Assist in building frameworks for the organisation

Building the L&D function from scratch

Single scope role but may involve some coaching

Dealing with a 50/50 blue and white collar workforce

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will have/be:

Previous L&D Experience

Strong in the strategic aspect of HR

A minimum of 8-10 years in a Learning and development focused position

Arabic speaker is essential

Must be able to live in Al Ain
