What will I be doing?
As Learning & Development Executive, you will be responsible to:
Provide quality training to internal customers
Assist in coordinating and administering Vocational Qualification
Adhere to in-house training plan
Support in the creation of Training Needs Analysis systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager, and Training Manager
Assist Line Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis
Prepare, organize, administer and conduct in-house training courses i.e. Orientation, Brand Workshops, local mandated trainings, etc.
Ensure new employees have received departmental and legal training
Manage the Hilton e-learning platform i.e. assignments, reports and learning completions
Hold monthly Departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being covered

Previous experience in training with a strong hotel operations experience in a Luxury brand
Good communication and people skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on their own or in teams
Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, etc. The complete Microsoft suite
Skilled in designing compelling posters and designs using Canva or similar platforms.
