Regular monitoring of Vehicle Maintenance through the system and reports the violation to the outsourced partner and Management
Auditing the various system on regular basis on performance, data authenticity, IT security issues etc.
Scrutinizing and advising the system vendor for any issue, violation, or misalignment with the Contact of the system
Assists in Successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 external audit (Surveillance audit 2) in 2021 as a Management Representative for Etisalat Logistics and Delivery by regularly doing internal Audits for all functions of L&D and updating all relevant ISO documents including the processes.
Make sure all telematics devices, M2M SIM Cards, GPS Key readers and report for any issues related to these hardware’s
Managing all Fleet Services functions and plan/implement the best techniques for closely monitoring the operation of a large fleet of vehicles.
Managing the allocation of vehicles to different departments/sections to achieve efficient utilization of vehicle fleet.
Keeping track with the registration of all vehicles to ensure proper upkeep of Etisalat & Leasing vehicle fleet in specific regions
Render Fleet support services for all departments such as transportation of generator sets, versa towers, etc. as required by the various departments in all Regions.
Monitoring and scrutinizing the activities of the outsourced partner on a regular basis and reports to the management on event of any prohibited practices which violates the clauses of the contract.
Manage & complying the transportation and driver requirements of various departments and provide the vehicles whenever obligatory by re-allocating the vehicles from different sections.
Allocating and managing the outsourced drivers and provides professional direction to the drivers, evaluates their performance, carries out necessary counseling to ensure acceptable level of performance.
Regular monitoring of vehicle utilization through GPS system and withdraw the vehicles from the sections upon non-utilization of the vehicles which does not matches with the standards of Fleet services.
Attends regular meetings with the outsourced partner in order to ensure continuity of Outsourcing Partner’s operations and to maintain healthy and viable business relations.
Inspect Vehicle Maintenance Centers premises, fleet, machines, equipment’s etc. and instills safety consciousness among subordinates for compliance with Corporation safety measures standards.
Renders general mechanical engineering support services for all vehicles, such as fabrication and erection services, as required by the various departments in all Regions.
Undertakes technical evaluation of vehicles, workshop equipment’s and associated transport items
Attending Pool vehicle Requested for various requirement from various departments
Distribution Delivery Management
Make sure consistent support to provide logistics provision for the order distribution between Etisalat direct and indirect channels in order to cater the corporate point of sales across UAE.
Make sure effective coordination and support of all client departments by establishing service level agreements, monitoring, controlling, and guiding the logistics function to deliver quality services.
Managing Distribution Management by maintain & major process streamlining & system Enhancement in order to optimize the timings of the Drivers
SLA for Distribution deliveries with corporate KPI target to be achieved & maintained
Arrange and supervise appropriate specialized training programs for subordinates

Managing e-commerce Delivery Management by maintain & major process streamlining & system Enhancement for B2C & C2C Deliveries in terms of adding value to the organization
SLA of delivery time for e-commerce deliveries with target KPI of more than 90%

Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Managing to keep the stock accurate by regular physical count of different Stores HUB of L&D
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Language Preference: (min Level 2 or 3 High intermediate level)
English
Arabic
Min 6 years of experience in Logistics (Last-Mile Delivery & Warehouse) Management & Fleet Management & Management in large reputable organizations.
