The Manager Performance Marketing will be an integral part of the E-Commerce team, which is responsible for PUMA’s owned and operated online shop that contains brand and commercial parts in one platform.

Lead and expand PUMA’s digital marketing activities for E-Commerce and Retail Stores in the GCC market with a focus on efficient revenue growth within the global framework.

Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimization of the digital marketing setup to bring it to the next level.

Connect Retail and E-Commerce processes to provide a unified brand experience and connect commercial channels with Social Media and Brand Marketing.

Establish a process landscape which allows to efficiently set and track consumer demographics, segmentations and buying behavior to drive targeted campaigns.

Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams as well as vendors in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, and also contribute to further develop partnerships with external parties.

Develop and optimize a comprehensive marketing strategy through channels such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social and SEO.

Drive expansion of the customer database and leverage it to drive rapid, profitable revenue growth.

Analyze and report profit contribution across all marketing channels and perform an ongoing assessment of traffic, conversion, sales and profitability from marketing campaigns to increase ROI.

Build and execute a coordinated calendar of campaigns, events, offers and messages, collaborating closely with PUMA UAE Marketing and PUMA International Marketing teams.

Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external marketing agencies, consultants and partners.

YOUR TALENT:

5+ years of professional experience in managing digital marketing for Retail & E-Commerce.

Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing is a plus).

3-5 years’ experience managing some or all of the key marketing programs in E-commerce, direct marketing or multi-channel retail environment.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Consumer-centric and data-driven performance mindset.

Advanced analytical skills with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience.

Demonstrated ability to analyze the data and optimize the strategy accordingly.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Experience in managing vendors and agencies.

Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel proficient).

Experience with web-based platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Magento knowledge a definite plus).
