Key ResponsibilitiesI
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Ensure employees are aware and follow the information Security Rules and data security measures to protect the company information / intellectual properties
Integrates into the core business transformation and IT department functions to ensure activities are consistent and aligned.
Day- to-day operations:
Performs data validation and reporting to monitor the data integrity and consistency of work done by EPC projects.
Identify digital capabilities linked to the strategic priorities for the group
Verify EPC data hosting environment and coordinate the interface to deliver multiple data link gateways and synchronization including vendor documentation and EDMS systems.
Provide Information Management leadership to the DDW-D by managing and implementing the Information Management Plan for DDW projects
Establish, implement and steward Project Information Management policies, processes, procedures, systems and controls and update as required to meet project deliverables and ensure documentation for operations conforms to company requirements.
Utilizes a systematic approach to problem solving, which ensures a satisfactory, well documented resolution with minimal guidance and within delegated authority limits and time constraints in Projects
Provide expertise to PMT for the management of project data and security including protection of administration access and Company Confidential information
Stewards stakeholder awareness for Information Security Awareness, Training and Education
Work towards innovation with understanding of new trends and products in technology
Develop and administer digital portfolio surrounding EPC & Built Environment business practices
Engage with partners for creating RFPs, conducting POC’s & defining KPIs, success criteria for digital initiatives.
Create Business case with initiative classification surrounding Productivity improvement, revenue generation etc
Develop Digital Program & Information management for successful delivery of approved projects
Certification of Construction Professional in Built Environment Projects (PMI-CP) is a plus
Manage & lead “Information Security” initiatives in Drydocks World Dubai.
Guide team members on the strategic direction related to Information Security Governance.
Technical Competencies
Extensive knowledge of information management principles, standards, and regulations
Strong understanding of digitization technology, tools, and software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Familiarity with database management systems, cloud storage, and computer networks
Knowledge of metadata standards, indexing, and classification techniques
MinIMUM Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Working knowledge of EPC Information management systems
5-10 years of experience in the field of EPC Information management systems
