Develop use cases by gathering business requirements and work with software development and product teams to build required features.

Maintaining and creating Delivery Associates IDS in Oracle NetSuite.

Safekeeping of documents of delivery associates such as passport, NOC, Emirates ID, Insurance card and bank card.

Review / analyze workforce management data on a regular basis, to ensure adherence to the group quality standards are consistently met.

Maintaining records and ensuring that the employee changes are entered correctly in the system on a timely basis.

Coordinating with Finance, Human Resource, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper flow of employee data.

Dealing with various levels of employees queries in the most kind yet assertive manner.

Coordinating with manpower suppliers/vendors for various staff related issues and applications such as leaves, NOC, certificates etc.

Assume the key role in the control of the Customer care cost position by ensuring that the First contact is always running at optimal levels of efficiency and in the most cost-effective way.

Developing health & safety policies & procedures in coordination with the head of human resources, and ensuring the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work

Planning and ensuring implementing of preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs in coordination with the training and Quality and HSE supervisor.

Ensuring all delivery associates abide by local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

Provide direction, support and resource to all site managers, supervisors, foremen and safety advisors

Ensure that daily attendance of Delivery Associates is accurately tracked.

Serving as a point of contact for any attendance related issues of Delivery Associates and escalating to the HR and Finance department in case of any major escalations

Responsible to get the clearance from the respective departments before the vacation or separation of Delivery Associates, ensuring recovery of outstanding dues before relieving the rider.

Changing the status of employment on Oracle NetSuite.

Conducting the exit interview of resigned staff.

Maintaining and updating various trackers such as sim card issuance tracker, passport renewal tracker, sick leave tracker etc and sharing with the reporting manager.

Preparing MIS reports as required.

Train and enhance the WFM Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth.

Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.
