Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing communication strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives of the brand.
Website Updates: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the brand website (Coresite). Collaborate with web developers or content management teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, compelling visuals, and user-friendly navigation. Implement HTML coding for website enhancements or customizations.
Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising networks. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting and bidding strategies, and analyze key metrics to maximize ROI.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials including the website, paid campaign assets, landing pages and email marketing.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and other organic and paid online advertising efforts.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze marketing data and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to ensure marketing communication activities are aligned with overall business objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in marketing communication activities.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience (3-5years) in marketing communications, with specific experience in website management, HTML coding, and paid campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including website CMS platforms and HTML coding.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
Experience in website design, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
