Achieve the commercial and quality targets set by the organization.
Maintain a high Mystery Shopper Score – Ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction
Reduce the number of Customer Complaints on Setup done.
Growth in MS office business value wise compared to last year.
Experience (Yrs & Field) 1-3 years of experience in Retail
Educational Qualification Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
Skills & Abilities:
Research Skills, Market Knowledge, Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication, SAP knowledge.
