Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.

Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

Establish strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the company’s public image.

Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and present results to the executive team.

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.

Drive the implementation of innovative digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing and communication department.

The Successful Applicant

15 years of experience in a similar senior marketing and communication leadership role within the healthcare industry.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and data-driven marketing tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to lead and inspire a diverse marketing team to achieve exceptional results.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions based on data insights.
