Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Campaign strategy

Identify client objectives and advise on suitable performance key metrics.

Analyse performance across all online channels to prescribe any direct, meaningful actions.

Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies.

Media Planning

Work with Business Units (BUs) to understand their objectives and strategies

Plan campaigns as per marketing objectives recommending the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective budget.

Manage good internal relationships to build respect and gain trust.

Make and maintain good relations with Media agencies and Media Owners (Offline & Online)

Negotiate and buy media activations with 3rd party vendors (publishing Houses & agencies)

Campaign Management

Ensure in house or outsourced deliverables adhere to brand creative guidelines and technical specifications for all advertising campaign asset developments.

Brief and oversee the work of internal and external partners, such as designers, who will deliver the advertising campaigns content.

Manage the implementation of all campaigns tracking elements (pixels & UTMs) to ensure their effectiveness and deliver data driven insights.

Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve Marketing objectives.

Report campaign performance, share actionable insights to be able to make decisions or changes that will positively impact the business.

Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.

Control costs and maximise ROI of digital marketing by monitoring spending and ensure an efficient allocation of resources.

Analysis

Provide operational support to develop efficient media plans in line with brand objectives.

Assist the media team utilizing media research, analysis tools and historical data.

Stay updated with the latest trends in the market.

Conduct periodic analysis and evaluation of media plans to provide efficient media recommendations.

Analyse Offline & Online solutions to implement innovative strategies for business improvement and growth.

Analyse Offline & Online user conversion journey (funnel analysis and attribution model).

Implement innovative methodologies to improve campaign analysis.

Administrative

Accountable for ensuring invoices are paid accurately.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of GCC Media Landscape (offline and online).

Strong knowledge of Digital (Display, Programmatic, RTB, SEO/SEM, Affiliation, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat).

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and advertising solutions to boost engagement, and built brand loyalty.

Good understanding of the whole Online and Offline marketing mix.

Good working knowledge of major analytics programs (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc).

Previous experience in the luxury industry and/or e-com is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting.

Strong Excel and numerical skills.

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Education/Certification and Continued Education:

Bachelor‘s Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in communication and media industry with exposure to procurement function
