Job Details
Assist the roller operator in pass and guide changing. Monitor and check the ability of spare rolling guides and keep it ready at all times. To check all the gas cutting equipment to ensure that it is working properly and ready at all times.
To assist in size/pass changing activities thus utilizing the delay which occurred the shift.
Coordinate with roller operators, furnace operator, senior roller and main pulpit operator in terms of performing mill line jobs.
Visual checking of spare rolling guides and able to identify which guide to be installed.
Maintain all gas cutting sets in good working condition and keep it ready for use.
