Responsibilities:
1. Offline Campaign Execution
o Assist in the planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including print media, radio, TV, and out-of-home advertising.
o Work closely with the creative team to ensure that marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines.
2. Event Support:
o Provide support in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
o Coordinate logistics and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of events.
3. Print Material Coordination:
o Assist in the coordination of print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
o Liaise with design teams to ensure the timely production and distribution of print collateral.
4. Partnership Coordination:
o Assist in identifying and coordinating partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and sponsors.
o Support the negotiation and execution of sponsorship agreements and collaborations.
5. Local Marketing Support:
o Contribute to the development and implementation of localized marketing strategies, working closely with store managers.
o Assist in tailoring marketing efforts to regional preferences and trends.
6. Market Research Assistance:
o Assist in conducting market research to identify offline marketing trends and opportunities.
o Support the use of data-driven insights to refine and optimize offline marketing strategies.
7. Budget Tracking:
o Assist in monitoring and tracking the offline marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
o Contribute to the preparation of budget reports and analyses.
8. Analytics and Reporting Support:
o Support the monitoring and analysis of the performance of offline marketing campaigns.
o Contribute to the preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
2 – 3 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
