Interacting with and obtaining relevant KYC documentation from the Customer

Conduct PEP screening and adverse media checks

Perform other necessary checks using external website search engines

Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of the onboarding process

Respond in a timely and accurate manner to Customers and SPV Administrators to ensure their specific requirements are being met

Complete periodic refreshes based on risk parameters

Maintain client profiles to meet all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Manage the online onboarding documentation library

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of legislation pertaining to KYC determine how KYC policies and procedures would need to be amended for changes in such legislation

Keep abreast of ancillary changes in requirements as they relate to onboarding, eg, FATCA, OECD
