Oversee day-to-day operations of the office space, which includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and organize files and records

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace (Health & Safety)

Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs) related to Environmental Health and Safety measures and HACCP and the corresponding reports

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the similar role

Should have experience working with F&B / hospitality / hotel industry

Having restaurant or hospitality background who and knowledgeable in HSE/HACCP is preferable
