As our Product Analyst, you will have these main objectives:
Strengthening Product-Solution Propositions, Performing Product Market Fit, Creating and maintaining Product collateral, and recommending Product improvements
Defining value propositions for product positioning that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with Product strategy across different verticals
Creating product collateral for new products and features and collaborating closely with product development, sales and marketing teams
Working closely with the sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies and product demos, to drive solid solution proposition
Collaborating with the BAU teams to identify existing points of friction and co-create new features to enhance customer experience
Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilise them to define the distinctive value offerings
Collaborating with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows
Collaborating with stakeholders and internal departments for new product ideas
Structuring the solutioning to deliver the desired outcome
Assisting in Product planning and workflow visualization
Pro-actively input into user journey/features to ensure we deliver our required outcome
Partnering with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies
Working on Product portfolio to identify and propose solution areas
Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to understand the view of product and customer conversion paths leads to drop-offs across different verticals and enables a better proposition
You will be a good fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2–5 years of prior experience in Product, Consulting, Business analysis or similar roles, preferably in the fintech industry
Have a strong passion for the Payments domain, are self-driven and solution-oriented with a high sense of ownership
Have strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to gather and interpret market research and competitor analysis
Are familiar with Figma, MIRO (design tools) and CRM systems
Have prior experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
Are able to multi-task and work on a diverse range of requirements
