Your Responsibilities
Managing a large team comprised of project managers, business analysts, Quality Assurance, Developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs, on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to be successful.
Responsible for hiring new team members to support the growing business needs.
Develop and maintain program management best practices, tools, and templates to ensure consistent and effective delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing large, complex programs in the Banking industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of project managers and business analysts.
Experience in hiring and training of new team members.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior leadership and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of program management best practices, tools, and templates.
Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
Experience within agile frameworks or related certification.
