Project Inspection Lead Job In Abu Dhabi

MISSION:

Ensure execution of Quality Control activities on Purchased Goods and availability of relevant necessary documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements/conditions and project procedures /contract, optimizing and minimizing costs.

Ensure timely update of Company Information Tools/Systems (SAP) (either directly or by Inspectors) with the most reliable and up to date information on quality control and inspection activities (i.e. Inspection Report, Inspection Release Note).

Coordinate efficiently and efficaciously internal Inspection Coordinators and Inspectors and/or Inspection Agencies in order to reach project goals by means of cost effective and result oriented solutions according to Company network synergies, best practices and procedures.

Be the focal point for Project Procurement Quality Control activities for stakeholders [internally (Project Manager, Material manager, etc..) and externally (Client, Vendors, etc).

SKILLS:

Bachelor of Mechanical or metallurgical engineering or other relevant engineering degree.

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

ASNT Level II in RT,UT,MT and PT.

CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-CWI or another acceptable equivalent (approved by ADNOC).

Having a total experience of minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas Projects.

Strong Experience in Welding, NDT and Coating / painting.

Strong Supervisory, Coordination and Reporting Skills.

Fluent English language.

Strong Experience in Project Materials Procurement Inspections and tests relevant to ADNOC Standards / Specifications.
