As a Broker Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our real estate agency. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of real estate agents, ensuring adherence to company policies, achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Team Management and Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to maximize their potential and productivity.
Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Develop training programs and opportunities for continuous skill enhancement.
Operational Oversight
Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate agency, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Business Development
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expand the agency’s client base, and increase revenue.
Foster relationships with property developers, investors, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns.
Ensure agents deliver exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Market Analysis And Strategy
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
Develop pricing strategies and recommendations based on market analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
8-10 years working experience in Real Estate Industry.
Proven experience in real estate management or leadership roles.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid real estate license or certifications as required by local regulations.
