Key Responsibilities:
Handles incoming reservations received through telephone, Facsimile, E-mail/Internet
Processes amendments and cancellations and enters these in the computer.
Replies to inquiries and reservations through facsimile and e-mail as received.
Requirements:
Experience in reservations beneficial but not essential
Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
Strong communication skills
