Job Details

Responsibilities:

Crafting strategies to amplify customer engagement and foster growth through diverse integrated campaigns.

Utilizing customer attributes to define segments and map out effective customer journeys.

Conducting rigorous multivariate testing while refining campaigns through comprehensive communication audits.

Gathering feedback, tracking performance, and honing customer targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Harnessing past campaign behavioral insights to optimize email campaigns, lists, and segmentation.

Continuously refining optimization methodologies, distilling actionable insights, and brainstorming fresh experimental ideas.

Analyzing crucial metrics, presenting progress against set objectives, and collaborating across teams seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in fintech, or B2C product domains.

Proven expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or customer value management.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.

Experience using analytical and database tools such as Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.

Strong visual communication skills, coupled with the ability to simplify intricate concepts and data.

Technical agility and a strong appetite for adopting new tools and practices.

Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Experience in multi-site collaboration spanning different time zones.

Analytical and quantitative skills, including a working knowledge of SQL and Python.
