Sales and Partnership Manager – Dubai, United Arab Emirates



What will you do?

Contribute to meeting sales targets of the events and group bookings

Produce detailed proposals for events, contracts, and events orders for events enquiry.

Conduct site recces and attend sales call meetings with potential clients.

Provide on-site support and supervision of assigned events, ensure smooth event execution

Liaise and follow up with clients on event details and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth event operations, including logistical set-up, food & beverage packages, menu planning.

Brief and monitor standards of service and coordinate activities amongst kitchen & beverage department to ensure quality service during the event.

Maintain contact with clients before, during and after event to ensure customers satisfaction.

Outreach to existing and new clients

Assist in day to day administration filling, updating calendar of events

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer database.

Identify new & innovative ways to onboard brand partners.

Proactively seek future fit partnership opportunities to deliver mass brand exposure.

Negotiate partnership agreements and large sponsorship agreements.

Ensure a smooth partner onboarding process and stay updated on requisite commitments.

What are we looking for?

Bachelors degree required

A valid driver’s license holder preferred

A minimum of two years of experience coordinating events, and group sales is required, preferably for the hospitality sector

Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality

Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills

Creative flair

Sales background a plus

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
