Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with systems implementers and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements related to the Inventory, Sales, and procurement processes, in addition to reporting, compliance, and analysis.

Validate proposed solutions and ensure they align with best practices and your deep expertise in ERP systems and finance operations.

Lead the validation and testing phase to assess whether the configured processes within the ERP system meet the specified business requirements.

Develop and implement a change management plan to support the transition to the new ERP.

Work with the finance team to develop and implement new business processes that leverage the capabilities of the new ERP system.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for the use of the ERP system.

Recommend new features and functionalities to the industries team.

Provide technical leadership and be the ORACLE SME to the team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

15 Years of experience, with at least 7 years in ORACLE Fusion Sales, Inventory, and Procurement functions.

Worked as a key ORACLE SME and Analyst for at least 2 major transformation programs.

Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.

Bachelors in finance, Accounting, information technology, or related field, Master is a PLUS.

ORACLE Certifications or training relevant to Sales, inventory, and Procurement.
