What You Will Do

System Implementation Support:

Assist in the end-to-end implementation of the new system, working closely with senior team members to contribute to customisation, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data security.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with HR leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the system meets organisational needs.

Provide support in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, including software vendors/consultants.

Training and Change Management:

Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the smooth adoption of the new system.

Assist in providing training and support to HR teams and end-users, ensuring a successful transition to the new system.

Documentation and Reporting:

Assist in documenting project milestones, issues, and resolutions throughout the ATS implementation process.

Contribute to the generation of regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in discussions on process improvement and optimization opportunities related to HR technology.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR, Information Technology, or any other relevant field

Experience

5+ years of experience in HR System implementations or similar projects.

Knowledge/skills

Strong interest in HR technology and a desire to build expertise in this area.

Working knowledge of Avature ATS/Onboarding/CRM systems is preferably

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of the system implementation project.
