Being proficient in BIM and digital delivery methodologies.
Developing and implementing organization-wide digital guidelines, processes, and standards.
Improving automation tools, software, and workflows.
Creating discipline-specific BIM models at project initiation.
Developing project-specific BIM standards.
Setting up and managing drawings production processes.
Managing design clash detention processes.
Ensuring efficient coordination of BIM models and data.
Ensuring design consultant adheres to client’s BIM requirements.
Supporting client’s stakeholder training and understanding of client’s BIM information based on operation needs.
Leverage the latest construction digital technology to a construction team from all project stakeholders.
Chairing BIM meetings with project stakeholders.
Managing BIM-related escalation procedure.
