Key Accountabilities:
Assist in the acquisition of System Engineering (SE) Tools, specializing in Requirement Management & SE, to enhance the capabilities of the System Engineering team.
Engage in extensive training on SE tools, aiming to become a master user and ensuring in-depth knowledge and proficiency.
Provide support to System Engineers (SE) in the development of requirement baselines, functional architecture, physical architectures, and verification and testing plans.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions and offer ongoing technical support to System Engineers in the effective utilization of SE tools.
Evaluate and monitor the usage of SE tools to ensure optimal benefits and stay informed about the latest advances in the field.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools, particularly focusing on Requirement Management & MBSE, to drive efficient and effective engineering practices.
Collaborate with System Engineers to refine and develop requirement baselines, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with project objectives utilizing MBSE methodologies.
Provide hands-on support in the creation of functional architectures and physical architectures, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer requirements utilizing MBSE practices.
Assist in the formulation of comprehensive verification and testing plans, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and in line with project objectives, leveraging MBSE tools and techniques.
Utilize MBSE tools effectively to enhance engineering processes and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Provide training and technical support to System Engineers on the use of MBSE tools, ensuring they are proficient in their application within the context of System Architecture.
Actively contribute to the System Architecture team’s collaborative efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables using MBSE methodologies.
Experience & Education Qualifications:
Minimum: Minimum of 8 years of experience in System Architecture, with a focus on missile systems, with an emphasis on Model Based System Engineering tools and methodologies.
Preferred: 10+ years of experience in System Architecture in a missile production company, with a strong focus on MBSE.
Certification in relevant MBSE tools and methodologies
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
