He supervises the Authority’s nomination requests for various excellence programs and awards and ensures that they meet the standards specified with the approval of the Director of the Department.
He prepares nomination requests for all award categories in coordination with the nominated categories at the local and global levels.
Evaluates the ideas submitted by customers and classifies them as innovative ideas that contribute to the development of institutional work in coordination with the relevant departments in The Authority
sets corrective measures for the results of participation in cooperation with the Authority’s departments, follows up on their implementation, and submits a report thereon to the head of the department.
He supervises the process of implementing a satisfaction survey for the segment of stakeholders according to the approval of the Department Director and ensures that it meets the standards of excellence.
It follows up the implementation of the outputs, recommendations, and areas for improving performance resulting from opinion polls, by reviewing best practices and international standards.
Prepares and disseminates a culture of excellence at the Authority level through internal workshops with the approval of the Department Head and Department Director.
Preparing specialized courses for those concerned with the Authority in the fourth generation government excellence system for all categories.
Participating in implementing the Authority’s self-evaluation process based on the standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program, as directed by the Department Head.
Contributing to developing corrective plans with the concerned departments based on the self-evaluation process or external evaluation from the Dubai Government Excellence Programme.
He follows up with the concerned department to fill the gaps after the self-evaluation process and submits comments in a timely manner to the department head.
He supervises the Authority’s monthly distinguished employee program and evaluates nomination applications.
Contributing to the development of management indicators regarding institutional development at the authority level.
Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience, at least two years in the field of excellence.
