Responsibilities:
Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards
Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services
Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation process and standards
Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural environments
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of hotel-specific cleaning procedures and safety protocol is a plus
