Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for complete Admin activities of a fast growing company with manufacturing factories in Ajman, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi.
Handle full cycle of HR operations efficiently
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Create and implement employee development and training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that effectively communicate the organisation’s values and expectations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Lead and manage HR staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
Coordination for ISO 9001 & QMS effective implementation
The Successful Applicant
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA from Premier Institute in Human Resources or a related field.
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10years in a leadership role in UAE.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is must.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Superior Administration skills all levels
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
