Purpose:
The specific purpose of this role is to ensure that the Marketing Campaigns are fully integrated, that the Social Media channels are optimized and that Commercial & Partnership Marketing campaigns are delivered, by liaising with internal clients and external Partners. As well as providing analytical support to inform that briefs, they will provide support in evaluating campaign success.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Marketing Head in coordinating the integrated calendar. This will require a proactive working relationship with everyone in the B&C team and will put the successful candidate right at the center of the B&C team as they will help ensure that all projects are integrated.
As part of the Social Media Team, you will keep track of relevant Social Media competitor / related Social Media accounts, supporting the Social Media Manager in gathering information for briefs, creative stimulus and in managing the Social Media creative agency, managing the calendar and supporting the community management. Supporting the oversight of shoots for social media.
Provide all and any necessary support to the team in managing & servicing internal clients with their marketing requirements, including all current and future concessionaires.
Working with the Brand & Comms team to develop Marketing Campaings that amplify the third party partnerships which contribute to the guest experience pillar.
As part of the team delivering assets and Marketing Campaigns for internal clients, Social Media and External Partnerships, you will project manage the process to ensure they are high quality, on-time and on-budget.
Efficiently and effectively use certified work-related systems, tools, equipment, plant & machinery, vehicles and systems in the appropriate situations and to the required professional standard in order to meet day to day requirements.
Skills
Experience in a marketing role in an agency, with good foundational understanding of marketing theory and practice.
Should also be computer literate and fluent in the use of Word, Excel, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
Client management experience from an Agency perspective. Experience in negotiation, communication, time-management, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure.
Basic marketing skills (A marketing qualification would be desirable)
Understanding of social media marketing practices.
Ability to understand internal customer needs and to be able to capture them analytically, in written briefs.
Some experience of the client/agency dynamic would be beneficial.
Must have good organizational skills
