Key Responsibilities :
Deliver the development of the Ports Cluster’s strategic objectives and key measurements
Manage the consolidation of all updates and performance of the key measurements (scorecard) and strategic programs
Lead the adoption, communication and engagement plan of the strategy to all levels of the organization
Support the reporting requirements to leadership and group on strategy execution performance: business plans, annual scorecards and strategic initiatives
Quality assure all reporting prior to executive reviews (as governed by the department)
Govern the Ports Cluster Risk Register
Create templates and tools to ensure a streamlined and efficient performance update process
Drive continuous improvement of all corporate governance removing duplication and driving efficiencies
Support all ad hoc presentation and reporting requirements from leadership
Support the development of the Ports Cluster’s strategic objectives and key measurements
Drive the adoption of the strategy across the Ports Cluster
Drive continuous improvement on all corporate governance processes, tools and templates
Analyze the performance of the strategy execution and provide insights to management (opportunities, risks, etc.)
Be the single point of contact for all reporting consolidations requirements relating to the performance reporting of the strategy
Ensure adherence to the risk management framework
Required Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business and related field (Ports, Defense, Engineering, Shipping line, Logistics experience preferred)
7+ Years strategy development, portfolio or performance management.
5+ Strategic Portfolio/Program Management experience required
Strong background and experience in strategic program management and related key performance indicators development
Portfolio Management experience required, P3O Portfolio/PMP/Prince2/MAPM certification required
Have experience in C-suite reporting on strategy execution
Experience in implementing portfolio governance models and associated frameworks
Strong background in influencing diverse stakeholders across a large enterprise
Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
Have experience in risk management governance in relation to strategy execution
