KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Supervise the preparation of monthly staff roster in bus stations.

# Supervise the preparation of monthly roster for drivers and to enter them in the system.

# 24/7 presence in emergency and crisis situations, including site visits where necessary.

# Contribute in managing the assets of the depots and follow up facilities and maintenance required for it.

# Follow-up with accident and breakdown buses and follow-up with their maintenance and to ensure its return

to work without further delay.

# Follow up with the notes and complaints submitted by drivers, analyze and send them to the concerned

authorities according to the approved procedures.

# Apply law enforcement and to participate in the inspection campaigns against offending passengers in bus

stations.

# Manage lost and found items and to ensure that the items are delivered to the concerned authorities.

# Contribute in reviewing the main operation and data for key performance indicators to ensure the

implementation of Strategic Plan.

# Supervise in guiding staff and drivers in providing creative ideas and suggestions to raise the level of services.

# Assist the depot manager in the development of action plans , financial and human resources budgets and

annual programmes for all operation and operating activities.

# Supervise the application of all operation procedures which are associated with operation in the depot.

# Follow up with designated companies regarding public buses cleanliness, A/C and new systems.

# Follow up entering and updating buses data and numbers in related programs.

# Audit security and safety bus depots and ensure availability and its maintenance in its scheduled timing.

Qualifications

Education

# Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration with 0-2 years of experience from a recognized

University, Or Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience, Or High School with minimum 5 years of
