Experience in nonmetallic materials (such as FRP/GRP, HDPE, CPVC etc.) handling, assembly, installation and joining processes,
Provide oversight to coating lining qualification, insulation requirements and procedure approvals across Projects as per Company Specification.
Experience in Identifying potential painting/Coating quality risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Providing specialist technical expertise to Project teams in Insulation, coating processes, coating control, coating resistant materials, and coating technology.
Perform technical assessment of new vendor facility, their qualification and approval.
Lead or participate in specialized tasks, such as incident investigation (e.g., failure analysis) teams, special audit teams, value engineering teams, organizational improvement teams, etc.
Providing support in construction of the nonmetallic (e.g., pipe, composite repair, structural component, lining) product system.
Painting & Coating qualification (NACE/SSPC)
Practical knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as EN, ISO, ASTM, NACE and SSPC.
