HR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the Company’s business objectives and supports long-term growth and sustainability.

People Plan: Develop and execute a People Plan strategy in conjunction with the leadership team and CEO that is aligned to the Company’s business strategy – with a focus on People Operations and People Experience. Monitor and measure achievement and communicate this in an open and transparent manner to create purpose driven and engaged team.

People Operations: Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the People-Operations strategy across the Manpower Planning/ Optimisation, Talent Acquisition, Contingent Workforce, and Mobilisation functions:

Manpower Planning/Optimisation: Develop and execute robust and relevant manpower planning/optimisation policies to ensure that the Company has the right manpower to fulfil its obligations

Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute an innovative recruitment and selection strategy that ensures that the Company attracts and retains the right talent for the right role. Ensure that there is an adequate split between FTE and third-party workforce at all times. The appropriate management of third-party manpower providers is key

Mobilisation: Develop and execute employee onboarding policies to ensure that new employees are mobilised in a timely, consistent and smooth manner such that there is minimal disruption to the Company.

People Experience: Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the People-Experience strategy across the HRBP & ER, Learning & Development Emiratisation and HR-Generalists/Service Centre functions:

HRBP & HR Generalists: Partner with business leaders on a range of HR matters related to HR business partnering and internal policies/ways of working. Drive the Company’s 24/7 HR Generalists/Service Centre model;

Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Address workplace issues and grievances as they arise;

Emiratisation: Partner with business leaders to drive the recruitment, development, and retention of UAE nationals through proactive program management of all UAE national development initiatives in order to meet the set target;

Learning & Development: Develop and execute a range of learning and development programmes for employee training, development, and career progression. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

HR Governance: Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the HR Strategy across the Compensation & Benefits, Analytics & Support, Projects & Change Management, Process Excellence and Corporate Communications functions:

Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs (including the management of HR Policies) ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the Company’s goals. Manage the Company’s medical benefits programmes with external providers;

Analytics & Support: Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive HR initiatives that enhance organisational performance. Manage the HR Support portfolio in relation to compensation and benefits (including payroll) activities;
