Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Lincoln’s sales strategies and ensure whether the budgeted target for the showroom is achieved or exceeded.
Coordinate with the sales manager and communicate sales plan & targets to the sales in order to achieve targets successfully.
Manage sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of needs, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sales and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
Prepare stock requirement for the month defining specifications, model and number of vehicles for the approval of the sales manager.
Review daily sales activities, team product knowledge and showroom presentation so that Lincoln remains focused on delivering strong monthly results in line with its objectives.
Liaise with appropriate internal stakeholders such as Customer Interaction Centre to provide customers with efficient sales support.
Deal with critical problems and major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions in a timely resolution.
Interact regularly with the existing and prospective customers to establish profitable relationships and determine their present and future requirements.
Prepare offer creation and provide it to customers.
Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded.
Maximize usage of demo’s and monitor demo to sale ratio.
Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the display, housekeeping and product information in order to convey the desired image of Lincoln and ATM.
Monitor PDI process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate properly and efficiently with Lincoln’s customers in the respective showroom of the region.
Stay well-informed on the market requirements and customers’ preferences.
Prepare reports in Autoline and deliver to the sales manager for review.
Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives.
Guide, motivate, and evaluate subordinates on their performance, productivity and progress, while identifying training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.
Ensure that team members acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs including product/brand related training, while identifying the appropriate gaps and training costs/benefits to ensure budgetary parameters are met.
Ensure potential successors are identified, developed, and trained for succession planning purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline
Preferably a native Arabic speaker
Five to eight years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
