What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the social media accounts of a beauty brand (Meta/Snapchat/YouTube/TikTok)
Create weekly and monthly content calendars in alignment with brand guidelines
Scheduling & publishing SM content across all channels
Engages with the brand’s online community
Manage & measure the online presence of the brand through social listening tools
Support marketing team at live and online events
Analyze online customer knowledge and update action plan accordingly to reach defined goals (drive traffic to site, store, online sales, feedback gathering etc.)
Monitor brand’s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and content management
Responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels
What You’ll Need To Succeed
University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
Strong background in social media content creation – essential
Strong copywriting skills in Arabic and English – Arabic speaking is essential
Experience is using social media management tools.
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in Beauty/Fashion is a plus
