Responsibilities:

Content Management: Develop and curate content calendars for multiple social media platforms.

Algorithm Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

Creativity: Showcase exceptional creativity and attention to detail in content creation.

Networking: Utilize good networking skills and community connections to enhance brand presence.

Reporting: Generate reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Presence: Build and maintain a strong online presence for brands and brainstorm new ideas to reach a wider audience every month.

Community Management: Foster relationships with the online community by engaging with followers and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.

Paid Campaign Execution & Management: Strategise and execute social media campaigns that drive results and target key audiences for the brand.

Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand message across all social media channels.

Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitors’ social media sites and create analysis reports.

Prior experience: Demonstrate proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms.

Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or related subjects preferred.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar

Full English proficiency is required

Additional spoken languages are a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office

Proficient in using web analytics tools and ad serving tools

Good knowledge of target markets and competitors
