Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Develop strategic plans to enhance the spa’s performance and guest satisfaction.

Provide effective leadership to the spa team, inspiring a culture of excellence and exceptional guest service.

Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the spa department aligned with hotel objectives.

Guest Experience and Service:

Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality service throughout their spa journey.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Maintain a welcoming and serene environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, reservations, inventory management, and facilities upkeep.

Monitor and control operating costs and expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Team Management and Training:

Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to standards.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff growth.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and employee satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with the hotel’s marketing team to develop and implement effective spa promotions and marketing strategies.

Explore opportunities to attract new clientele while retaining existing guests through innovative offerings and packages.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the spa budget, forecasting revenues and expenses to achieve financial targets.

Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (X years) in a managerial role within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
