Key job responsibilities
Converting data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information
Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.
Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard
Interacting with internal stakeholders to deep-dive outlier events
Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Dubai, ARE
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with Excel
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
