Job Description
Plan, execute and control annual marketing budget in accordance with the sales targets
and achievements and product strategies (not limited to media budget).
Develop comprehensive annual Corporate Marketing Plan (ATL Above The Line, BTL-Below The Line, CRM-Customer Retention Management, PR-Public Relation etc) in accordance with the corporate sales strategy & follow-up on target achievements. Safeguard its proper implementation
Develop integrated media strategy (Print, TV, radio, OOH, online et.) in line with corporate budget, manage its realization, effectiveness (reach post evaluation) and cost efficiency
Develop suitable new product ranges for the market and do relevant new model price planning
Allocating resources and determining measurements for merchandising/ sales promotions
Planning and coordinating the development of strategies for the trade marketing department as well as determining and implementing measures in order to achieve set goals in a timely manner
Arranging the information flow between the sales and distribution (S&D) department, the trade department and the advertising department. Further, develop an adequate information system
Organization and execution of road shows and events with the regional sales offices or selected dealers
Development of trade marketing campaigns for market launches or other occasions, e.g. tactical campaigns
Compiling agency briefings regarding the planning, controlling and coordinating of the determination of measurements as well as communication tools for the OEM’s
Liaising of the agencies with the purpose of the development of communication tools
Monitoring the restrictions imposed on the construction and delivery of the communication materials of the management/OEM
Controlling and overseeing the Marketing disciplines:
Retail Marketing
Media Planning
Marketing Communication
Product Marketing
Sponsoring & Events
Managing media agency and retail marketing agency (contracting, briefing, consulting, supervising, evaluating, controlling, pitching)
Expertise
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
Strong communication and organizational skills, proven professional and clear communication skills with multiple agencies, familiar with the local and Middle East Region, proficient in Word/ Excel/ Power Point, proficient English, both oral and written.
Desired Qualification
University degree or equivalent job experience
Desired Experience: Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Automotive Industry with Multinational Companies
