Your Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Snr Talent Acquisition Consultant you will assist employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment. Good marketing, sales and persuasion skills are critical in this role in recruitment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strong UAE market and commercial awareness, labor laws and best practices.
Evaluate resumes and applications
Headhunt sought after world class talent
Source candidates that have suitable profiles matching to job vacancy requirements provided by members of Halian’s sales team.
Conduct Boolean searches on candidate sourcing platforms such as Job Boards, LinkedIn and Halian’s internal CRM system.
Conduct interviews with candidate to assess their suitability for the particular job vacancy that you are working on, through
telephone, video call or in person where appropriate.
screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
Organizing interviews and selection events
Liaise with the sales team to discuss candidate’s suitability for live job vacancies.
Generate leads for the sales team to follow up on.
Track all activity on Halian’s internal CRM system and ensure 100% compliance is met achieved
Your Qualifications
Preferable previous/ current Finance Recruitment experience

Very strong written and spoken English.
