Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the RTA team in providing efficient and effective customer service.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
• Monitor customer service metrics and take appropriate action to improve customer service.
• Monitor and maintain proper inventory of the center supplies and materials.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff training and development.
• Liaise with other departments and external organisations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate customer service performance and ensure service standards are met.
• Develop and maintain a positive image of the center.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
