Key Responsibilities:

Serves as the single point of contact and focal point for all operational day-to-day matters with external Government entities such as the Department of Finance, Human Resources Department, Electronic Government Authority

To design, develop and maintain processes to ensure all internal operations are aligned with Government regulations and policies with regard to HR, Finance and Procurement.

Prepare status reports for DOF, HR and EGA as required and following the agreed timeline and templates

Provides internal support to all HODs and Directors within the organization to meet their responsibilities and timelines

Prepares the annual budget with the support of all Directors and the Executive Director

Prepares monthly budget reports in collaboration with the Department of Finance

Manages the recruitment and onboarding, and induction processes for all new hires

Coordinates and attend meetings; prepare minutes of meetings, presentations and agendas as requested within the team

Coordinates travel arrangements and logistics for the Department, including scheduling drivers for the organization’s staff to events, school inspections, and important meetings

Coordinates all leave arrangements within the Department to support individual staff requests and the overall leave planning cycle

Manages the annual performance management process within the organization.

Serves as the single point of contact with the organization to ensure all IT systems and processes are effectively implemented and coordinated

Provides leadership to the Front Office Coordinator

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant experience in medium-sized and large companies

Fluent in English (Written and Spoken); Arabic is preferred.

Excellent Financial Literacy Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to prepare executive correspondence, briefings, agendas, recordings of proceedings and reports from complex material

Demonstrated capacity to organise a high-level workload with competing priorities professionally.

Action-oriented – can identify and work to clear priorities, manage time and resources effectively

Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management
