Understand HR functional strategies, policies, processes, and best practices for all HR functions.
Take part in the implementation of new technology options and integrate them into Alshaya people systems in collaboration with the IT teams.
Provide functional support for HR System upgrades/enhancements/configurations; Prepare user acceptance test scenarios/suggest process workflow.
Evaluate and communicate the impact of changes on users.
Develop user guides and training materials and conducting regular training sessions for users.
Manage and enforce user access policies.
Develop an FAQ repository for users.
Assist in internal and external HR systems audits.
Review business requirement document/Discuss the requirements with IT team (Finalize the scope etc.)
Support HR-related IT ticket resolutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders at various tiers to discuss requirements, collaborate in solution delivery, manage and report on projects performance.
Coordinate with IT for technical issues.
Create tutorial videos for common tasks.
Prepare functional specifications document, prototypes, user guides, to existing systems in HR to increase the percentage of employees’ usage of the HR system.
Resolve Service Now tickets related to HR application raised by users within the agreed SLA to ensure a high user satisfaction.
Maintain an error log and coordinate fixes with the aim to reduce errors.
Number of data quality issues found and resolved each month.
Number of successful collaborations achieved for HR process improvements.
Knowledge:
Retail related process and technology trends.
Oracle /Learning Management System /MS Office 365/ Power BI.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Oracle functional knowledge.
Experience with implementing projects.
Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS) and MS Office 365.
