Job Details
  • Provide expertise and manage the recruitment strategy, talent forecasting, sourcing, assessments, and selection, aiding to ensure right talents are hired on right positions.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic advice in all areas of talent sourcing and acquisition.
  • Monitor and manage the establishment and modification of the recruitment annual plan, while ensuring the annual plan is aligned with workforce demand, allocated workforce budgets and overall HRA guidelines / requirements.
  • Direct the units to foster effective engagements with other departments to identify recruitment needs and workforce demand, which includes managing and overseeing the freelancers who are hired direct for their services.
  • Monitor and direct designing and implementing the right talent acquisition policies, procedures, processes, tools, and systems to be deployed to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of attracting, sourcing and onboarding the right talent in alignment with evolving priorities and changing business environments.
  • Manage and lead the development and implementation of the Emiratization strategy and program, in collaboration with the other People & Performance Section Heads, to attract, develop and retain the right Emirati talent in line with business needs and priorities.
  • Provide forecasting periodically on all recruitment needs and ensure it is in line with the set plan.
  • Represent Company Shared Services at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Provide direction to implement leading practices and recruiting initiatives to strengthen and enhance interviewing techniques and candidate experience.
  • Direct the units to work with Rewards Section to identify salary levels and negotiate compensation with candidates where necessary.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certifications in Human Resources are preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in Human Resource of which at least 2 years should be at a managerial level
  • Language: full professional English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • High level of competency in relevant software applications
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and knowledge of other relevant industry software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including appropriate stakeholder alignment
  • Evidence of managing large and diverse workforce demand projects
