Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Responsibility for the performance and development of employees in the team:
o Manage and direct day-to-day activities of the Talent Management team to ensure timely delivery of activities.
o Provide ongoing career development, support and coaching for direct reports.
o Provide feedback to team, and identify need based training requirements for direct reports
Provide leadership to, and is accountable for, the development, performance and direction of the Talent Management Team

External Parties and Relationship Management
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Professional certificate in Human Resources (CIPD or similar)
Professional membership in HR association
10 years of progressive, professional experience with an emphasis in talent management, OD and/or leadership development
5 years of progressive experience in a position responsible for creating the vision and tactics for talent management and organizational effectiveness programs
Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred
Excellent in communication skills (written and verbal)
Deep knowledge and experience with HR/Talent systems, vendors and service providers
Multiple years of recent experience working with international and multi-generational teams; a strong understanding and appreciation of the cultural norms, ways of working and ability to adapt programs accordingly
