WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as an in-house recruiter or combination of agency and in-house.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in a matrix organization would be preferred.
Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy and application skills in MS Outlook and MS Office applications.
Strong work ethic and ability to use own initiative.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/College.
