An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position with Talise Spa in Jumeirah Al Qasr for 2024 season (from January/February to July/August). The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Assist in scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing reservations.
Escort clients to treatment rooms and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records, including treatment details, preferences, and any special notes.
Help manage inventory and stock levels for spa products and supplies.
Aid in the organization and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and supplies needed for treatments.
Learn about various spa treatments, their benefits, and proper protocols.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to senior staff members, contributing to the enhancement of the spa experience.
Take initiative in self-assessment and identify areas for personal and professional growth.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
Passion and basic knowledge of wellness, health and beauty.
A hospitality graduate from a renowned institution or previous exposure within the same department.
