Implement International Retail and Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising strategy per defined Brand and commercial objectives, including all Retail store categories and Trade accounts.
The work involves researching to get an understanding of what is needed and to come up with design ideas.
Researching costs and working within a budget.
Achieve process and budget efficiencies for Global Commercial Marketing creation and production.
Researching lifestyle and design trends and making sure designs will appeal to the target audience.
Managing the VM and CM team.
Managing the 3rd parties such as agencies, graphic designers.
Execute Retail/Trade Marketing strategy as per set seasonal brand priorities and commercial targets.
Create within the CM team window and in-store displays of goods for Retail and Trade doors.
Develop, analyze, assess and improve the process for delivering effective sell-through Retail strategies for PUMA GCC.
Provide Retail channel with seasonal input per set GTM process (including IMT I and II).
Align seasonal priorities for Retail channels, including purchasing and merchandising.
Monitor seasonal business development to address tactical opportunities based on sell-through success, the sports marketing calendar, PUMA events, etc.
Oversee the production and delivery of in-store communication tools, including third-party agency and vendor management.
Implement and manage Retail KPIs for all geographic levels mirroring key KPIs identified by Global Commercial Marketing.
Install a Regional reporting system to share best Retail Marketing practices and experiences.
Support the Sell-In period with seasonal changeover on the showroom based on global sell-in structure.
Support HR with visual materials.
Support all store openings/refits/layout changeovers.
Deliver brand and quality consistency in Trade Marketing implementation in the Region.
Provide Trade Marketing channel with seasonal input per set GTM process (including IMT I and II).
Oversee the production and delivery of Trade in-store communication tools, including third-party agency and vendor management.
Work with the Sales team to ensure alignment, wherever possible, of wholesale activities.
Install a Regional reporting system to share best Trade Marketing practices and experiences.
Support CM team Sell-In period with seasonal changeover on the showroom based on global sell-in structure.

Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Diploma
Professional:
Functional: Proven VM role in retail/trade experience in international and/or luxury brands.
Industry: Sports or Fashion
Leadership: previous management experience
